This spoof of English mysteries with a decidedly American flavor finds Miss Maple, a society dowager noted for her imaginative week end parties, awaiting a group of detective writers invited to eerie Ravenswood Manor where they are to assume the personalities of their fictional characters. She's arranged all sorts of scary, amusing incidents. Then a real murder takes place and the guests realize they're all marked for death. When they're not busy tripping over the clues, the zany sleuths trip over one another.

Stand by for the wackiest mystery spoof in years! Weird playwright Sebastian Sly, author of such bombs as 'Dial M for Morose' and 'Ten Little Ninjas', lives in a creepy mansion. His arch enemy, the clever but snide drama critic Sylvia Frye, hates thrillers and has forced his retirement. Sebastian invites her to his home where all manner of mystery play chills and thrills are trotted out to convince her she's wrong about his work. There's a twist ending that will have you gasping in surprise.

Donald P. Sinclair has placed six separate gold coins in different slot machines in his casino. The lucky six who find these coins discover an opportunity of a lifetime. The chance to own $2 million. Locked up in a locker in New Mexico, these six contestants must now race each other, to be the first to the cash. There are no rules in place and everything that could possibly happen does. Whilst, behind the scenes, Sinclair's associates are placing their bets on the winner.

Sad sack Steve Murray has had more than his share of woes - a job he hates, less than no luck with women and a healthy persecution complex involving his mother, his neighbors, and his incompetent boss. Steve’s day seems at first to be routinely miserable - but a series of ominous messages that lead to a revealing rendezvous at 8 serve to persuade Steve that his life plan may include more than cracking wise and underachieving.

None of the nephews are aware of their aunt's murderous activities.
